Ride Operation Guidelines:
- Follow all instructions provided by the operating staff.
- Solo riders must be at least 54” tall. Passengers must be over 38” tall and at least 3 years old. Passengers under 16 years old must be accompanied by a supervising companion aged 16 or older.
- In a two-rider scenario, the taller individual assumes the role of the driver, occupying the rear seat and maintaining both hands on the brake lever throughout the ride. The passenger should not obstruct the driver’s view and must keep both hands on the front handle at all times. All riders must keep their feet inside the sled during the entire ride.
- The total combined weight of riders should not exceed 375 lbs in dry weather and 330 lbs in wet conditions.
- Riders must possess sufficient upper and lower body control, and be able to sit upright with their head against the seat back.
- Individuals with heart conditions, back or neck injuries, pregnancy, or any condition that compromises their ability to adhere to safety rules must refrain from riding the Alpine Coaster.
- For any inquiries regarding ride operation or personal suitability for participation, please consult the ride operator before boarding. If there is any doubt, regardless of its severity, it is advisable NOT to ride.
