Deposit Required: To confirm your reservation a $100.00 deposit is required ($50 on stays of 2 - 3 days). The balance is due upon arrival.

Balance: You are responsible for the days you reserve. No refund for early departure or late arrival. Cash, Traveler's Checks or Money Orders accepted. NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED.

Length of Stay: Minimum stays required during peak season. Shorter stays accepted when available.

Deposit Refunds: Should it become necessary to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded (minus $15 cancellation fee) for cancellations received prior to three weeks before arrival date. Deposits will be refunded for cancellations received within the three weeks prior to arrival date only if the reservations can be completely filled with another guest.

Reunions: Three or more units reserved by a family or group, must have the balance paid sixty (60) days prior to arrival. No refunds will be made unless the entire time reserved is filled by another guest, regardless of cancellation notice.

Check In Time: 3:00 PM or later.
Check Out Time: 10:00 AM or earlier
