Edwards Mill at College of the Ozarks

Edwards Mill and General Store is modeled after a 1800’s gristmill powered by a 12-foot water wheel. Although the mill was built in 1972, it was constructed using timber harvested from older Missouri mills.

Students from College of the Ozarks grind cornmeal and grits using this centuries old milling process, which may be purchased on site and they handcraft a variety of other milled goods. The Mill houses a weaving studio, where students design and produce hand-made baskets, and they showcase the history of fiber arts; all are available for purchase. The basement holds an exhibit of antique milling equipment.

How do we compare?

When comparing prices between different web sites, please make sure you are comparing apples to apples. Most web sites display individual prices before taxes and hidden fees, which they surprise you with at the last step in the check out process. And when you see a package price on our web site, it is the total price for all people in your party (not per person).

In many cases, when comparing our price to the total price including taxes and any hidden fees that you might get charged on other web sites, our prices will be lower. To learn more and to make sure that you are getting the best deal on your Branson vacation, please call us toll-free at:
