BRANSON, MO, August 4, 2014 – PCF, LLC, and its principals, Larry and Lianne Milton have announced that their Main Street Marina located at 7 North Boardwalk, Branson, Missouri is now available for sale.  Larry said that when the Marina was originally purchased in March 2012, it was part of a five-year plan. However, changes in their personal lives as well as business considerations led to the decision to downsize and focus primarily on the future growth of Branson Tourism Center.
The Milton’s were also the recent owners of Branson Tourism Center (BTC) that sold to the Welk Hospitality Group on May 1st , 2014 after 11 years of owning and operating what became known as Branson’s premier marketing company specializing in vacation travel to the Branson destination and recently celebrated selling it’s 4 millionth Branson show ticket. The Milton’s are serving on the Executive Board for Welk Hospitality for a period of years to assist in the implementation of the BTC business model into the other Welk Resort markets. Milton said that both he and his wife, Lianne, live in and love Branson and remain committed to the success of the entertainment industry which they believe to be the core industry for the vacation destination.
The Marina will continue to operate until the end of September at which time it will be closed for the season pending a future sale. This will include both of the excursion vessels, the Lake Queen and the Landing Princess; the entire marina floating structure consisting of 56,000 square feet which houses one building previously outfitted as a full-service restaurant, another building which encompasses the ticket office, another area used for food service including an ice-cream shop and deli, retail space, and the upper level which is prime meeting space and was previously used as a comedy club. Another component completed in 2013 is the original Lake Queen which had been converted to a 2-story pub repositioned within the marina to include additional exterior deck seating complete with natural gas fire pits and heaters. The Milton’s stated that they will entertain offers on the marina as a whole or will consider breaking it down into individual components if that fits with the new owner(s) project plan.
