Ingredients

shell
9 inch graham cracker pie shell
1
14 oz. can
sweetened condensed milk
3
eggs
Yolks ONLY
discard whites
1/2
cup
Nellie & Joe’s Key West Lime Juice
Instructions
In a large bowl combine condensed milk, egg yolks and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
Pour filling into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Allow to stand for 10 minutes before refrigerating.
For best results, refrigerate for 24 hours, but if not possible refrigerate for 1 to 3 hours.
Just before serving, top with freshly whipped cream and garnish with lime slices.
Cut, serve, and enjoy!
