We asked the fine people of the The Branson Hillside Theater to send us one of their favorite recipes. They sent us “Welk’s Famous Meatloaf”. This is definitely your Momma’s Meatloaf! There is just enough garlic, blended with the bell peppers and onions that will make your mouth sing with joy at each bite. We recommend adding your favorite potato dish with this meal. We decided on “mashed” potatoes for our test run and a light spring salad with balsamic vinegar. The recipe will feed just about 8 people so we cut it in half and fed 4 just fine. Enjoy!
